Yes, Zlin Zoo is open every day from 8.30. Zoo is open without any limitation or "covid" restrictions.
When visiting the zoo, FFP2 respirators, or their equivalent, are required when entering the pavilions, restaurants, shops and toilets. Nose and mouth protection is also compulsory in outdoor areas where it is not possible to keep a distance of 2 metres from others, including waiting in queues.
We recommend purchasing an e-ticket via our webshop - https://zoozlin.axess.shop/en. It's quick, easy and you won't have to wait at the ticket office. With the ticket on your mobile phone you can go straight to the turnstiles.
However, the tickets can also be purchased at the cash desks.
We regret that guest’s dogs or pets are not permitted in the zoo, except for registered assistance dogs.
Yes. You can pay with cash or credit card at any of the vendors in the Zoo.
Bicycles, scooters and skateboards are not allowed within the zoo.
Yes, we are pleased to offer visitors the free use of a manual wheelchair and stroller. A returnable deposit of 500 CZK is required.
You can borrow them at the main entrance.
